KESIMPULAN
1. Tingkat alpha sebesar 0,05
2. Uji validitas kuesioner sebesar 100% dinyatakan valid dan Reliabel
3. Pada uji Variables Entered tidak diperlukan adanya variabel yang diganti
4. R square sebesar 0,825
5. Uji F tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,385
    Pada variabel etos kerja, kemampuan dan insentif  secara simultan berpengaruh tidak signifikan.
6. Uji t tingkat signifikansi etos kerja 0,02 , kemampuan 0,789, insentif 0,01 sehingga etos kerja dan insentif berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsialdan kemampuan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial
